OWNED STORE READINESS AUDIT
A clear plan.
Before you build.
Find out what it will take to launch your first WooCommerce store or add an owned channel to an existing business—and whether now is the right time.
$349 USD. One business: a defined first-store offer or up to two existing sales channels, with a representative catalog review. Written findings and a 45-minute walkthrough. Delivery timing is confirmed before booking.
THE DECISION
More clarity.
Fewer assumptions.
A store is more than a website. We assess the products, operations, and traffic foundations needed to make an owned channel a practical next step.
WHAT WE REVIEW
01
Catalog & offer
Product range, variations, content, and the buying experience.
02
Operations
Fulfillment or file delivery, responsibilities, and the systems involved.
03
Traffic & capacity
How customers will find the store and what you can support.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
A decision you can act on.
01
Readiness assessment
A clear view of what is in place and what needs attention.
02
Prioritized gaps
The preparation work that matters before implementation.
03
Recommended scope
A bounded launch direction with integration requirements.
04
Action plan & walkthrough
Prioritized written findings, a phased next-step plan and a 45-minute walkthrough.
A GOOD FIT
You have an offer
to build around.
You have a defined product idea or an existing range, and want to understand the work involved in an owned store. You do not need to have made your first sale.
PREPARATION MAY COME FIRST
Readiness is a useful
answer, too.
If your offer needs validation or capacity is limited, the recommendation may be to prepare or test demand first. Implementation is a separate decision.
HOW IT WORKS
From context to next steps.
01
Confirm fit
Agree the questions and the assessment scope.
02
Share inputs
Provide storefront links, catalog context, and relevant summaries.
03
Review
Assess gaps, requirements, and operational implications.
04
Walk through
Discuss the recommendation and prioritized action plan.
Planning a migration? Start with the evidence.
The $349 audit includes a bounded migration-readiness assessment for one source and one proposed destination. We review catalog and SKU counts, sample exports, file volume, integrations, historical access requirements and the URLs you control.
- A transfer / rebuild / retain / exclude list for the agreed data.
- Priority risks, client inputs and third-party requirements.
- A recommended scope, acceptance checks and next-step plan.
Full data imports, complex migration rehearsals and implementation are separate. See the migration service · View pricing.

Does it guarantee sales or approve legal and tax arrangements?
No. The audit does not guarantee revenue or replace professional legal or tax advice.
What are the price and turnaround time?
The audit is $349 USD. Delivery timing and required inputs are confirmed before booking. Implementation is separate.
