Effective date: October 16, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to the VisualVast website, digital products and services. “VisualVast,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business providing these offerings. For questions, contact [email protected].
1. Our services
VisualVast helps new founders and established sellers plan, launch, migrate and maintain their own ecommerce stores. Our services include Readiness Audits, Store Launches, Store Migrations, Multichannel & Print-on-Demand implementation, SEO & Traffic Foundations, and Care & Maintenance. You can retain marketplace channels that work for your business.
2. Service agreements
An enquiry does not create a booking or service agreement. Before work begins, we agree in writing on deliverables, exclusions, required inputs, timing, price, payment milestones, revision limits, acceptance checks and support. Those agreed terms govern the engagement where they differ from these general terms, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A paid audit is a separate deliverable and is not automatically required for every project. Any credit toward implementation must be expressly agreed.
3. Prices, payment and scope changes
Published service prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Starting prices apply to the stated scope; additional requirements receive a separate quote. Third-party purchases and applicable taxes are separate unless expressly included. The price and payment schedule for your engagement are confirmed before you commit. See Pricing for service options.
A scope change requires agreement on additional cost and timing before extra work starts. Project payments are applied to the agreed work and handled under our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
4. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate project information, approved content, materials you have permission to use, necessary access and timely feedback. You remain responsible for your business decisions, product claims and permissions for material supplied to us. Accounts you own remain under your control. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or customer databases through the enquiry form. Arrangements for any necessary confidential project information are agreed separately.
5. Delivery, review and support
Delivery depends on the agreed scope, required inputs, approvals and third-party dependencies. We communicate material delays and agree revised plans. The written agreement specifies how deliverables are reviewed, accepted and supported. New requests are separate from corrections to agreed work. Ongoing maintenance, content updates and customer support are included only where stated.
6. Migrations and integrations
A migration includes only the information and functionality expressly agreed in the scope. Account access, payment details, subscriptions and historical records do not automatically transfer. A one-time transfer is different from ongoing synchronization. External services have their own terms, charges and limitations. Testing and planning reduce risk but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or preserved search rankings.
7. Digital products and resources
Review the product description for included files, format, compatibility, delivery, permitted use and support before purchase. Digital products are licensed, not transferred with unrestricted ownership. Unless the product license expressly permits otherwise, you may use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes, but may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the files publicly. Any broader commercial-use rights must be stated in the product license.
Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or made accessible, with exceptions for issues such as faulty, misdescribed or undelivered products and any applicable legal rights. Full details are in our Refunds & Cancellations policy. Free tools and guides support planning and do not replace professional legal, tax or financial advice. Examples are illustrative and do not promise business results.
Editorial content and AI assistance
Our articles, guides and resources may be prepared with AI assistance and linked official or primary documentation. Recommendations, checklists, examples and scenarios are editorial guidance, not platform requirements, claimed client results or firsthand platform testing unless expressly identified as such. Platform features, prices and availability can change; confirm requirements with the provider before purchasing or migrating.
8. Ownership and confidentiality
Each party retains rights in materials it owned before a project. The written agreement identifies any deliverables and rights transferred or licensed after payment, along with exclusions for reusable materials and third-party components. Materials supplied under separate licenses remain subject to those licenses. Use of non-public project material in our portfolio requires agreement; engaging us does not authorize disclosure of confidential information.
9. Cancellations and care plans
Our Refunds & Cancellations policy covers digital purchases, audits, projects and care plans. Care coverage, billing cycle, renewal arrangements, cancellation requirements and support availability are confirmed before enrollment. Care plans are not unlimited development or a 24-hour emergency service unless expressly agreed. Renewal charges require the agreed payment authorization.
10. Website use and external links
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, disrupt operation or misuse another person’s content or information. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. If a recommendation earns us a commission, we disclose that relationship alongside the recommendation. Portfolio descriptions describe the stated work and do not guarantee equivalent results for another business.
11. Results and resolving concerns
We do not guarantee sales, traffic, search rankings or uninterrupted availability. If you have a concern, contact [email protected] with the relevant project or order details so we can review it against the agreed scope and applicable rights. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with its effective date and providing any notice required by law. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing paid engagement or purchase without agreement or a lawful basis.
